When I first began blogging in the mid-90′s, I began with a blog called “Planting Gardens.” Obviously, gardening is a passion of mine. That evolved into Sherri Woodbridge, Author, alongside another blog I began in 1997 called, “Parkinson’s Journey,” two years after beign diagnosed with PD and encouraged by friends to write about my experiences – my journey.
Now it’s (wow!) almost twenty years and I am finding it too difficult and discouraging to try and manage two blogs. I want my writing to be fresh and fun, insightful and helpful, entertaining in the right ways, encouraging always, and have a purpose. I was losing my ‘umph’ trying to maintain two and hold onto my standards (I hope they are high enough).
And so, with that said, by the end of February 2013, I will be joining my two sites and bringing them together here at Parkinson’s Journey. Many of my writing overlaps anyhow, so it seemed a natural solution.
I hope that if you have been a fan at my author site, sherriwoodbridge(dot)com, that you will want to continue following here at Parkinson’s Journey.
