She is well loved and adored by all. You will have many beautiful memories to keep of her. I am sure when you are together it is beautiful. Seeing her through hospice is a gift that you will both treasure, and one of the last best things you will ever do. Just love each other and relish every minute, even if it gets painful. I did with my mom and as hard as it was,it is one of the greatest things I ever did.Love Nicole browncat87

Judy, You have written a beautiful tribute to your mother. Being separated, for a time, from those we love so much is a pain that touches every part of us. "Thank you Jesus for making it only a touch and not a consuming sorrow. I praise you and thank you Holy trinity that you fully understand this separation and that by your sacrifice we know you "provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor." Isa. 61:3Judy, for all who read your poem and for those that know you personally, your love for your mother is a beautiful picture of scripture being lived out. "Honor your mother..." I know it sharpened me to want to be a better mom and to see the honor of being one. As you were describing your mother a scripture came to mind, "Your statutes stand firm; holiness adorns your house for endless days, O LORD." Psl. 93:5. The bible say's "we are holy because He is holy", I've always envisioned the saints of God standing in His house and it was them that adorned it. :) I can just see your mom up there "adorning" His house for endless days"I pray that your memories of your sweet mom will bring you joy. I also pray that the fruit of her life and death and your love for her continue to bring forth fruit for His kingdom and your family for generations.A sister in Him, Tina Lagonegro

Dear Judy,

I don’t want to say I know your pain because I have not yet been there but I do know it is real and I’m praying for you my sweet sister in Christ.
